Leonardo D'Ambrosio
Mr. DAmbrosio is a partner and Vice President of the leadership team at SAGE Manufacturing. In his role he works with a diversified team of engineers and industry experts to identify continuous improvement opportunities, at the same time works directly with a diversified group of customers in their specific needs.
He also maintains overall responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain and sourcing both domestically and internationally. Mr. DAmbrosio has held high-impact leadership roles in oil and gas operations throughout his career. Prior to joining SAGE Manufacturing, Mr. DAmbrosio served Vice President of Operations for Schlumberger Artificial Lift and Completions for US Land. Leonardo spent 21 years in Schlumberger Artificial lift. Throughout his career held multiple leaderships positions in many parts of the world (Argentina, Brazil, Angola, Mexico, and US).
The experience gained while employed with Schlumberger Artificial Lift and Completions put his strengths in Operations, business development, sales strategy, and account management to good use in SAGE.

Clint Sumner
Clint has spent almost three decades in the Manufacturing Sector with the last 23 years focused on the Oil and Gas Industry.
Having spent 17 years as part of an industry leading oilfield service company, during this tenure he held several roles within the Manufacturing community, spanning many product lines and eventually serving as Product Center Manager for a $70 Million operation including responsibility for Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Verification and Distribution. All of these roles have provided the opportunity to utilize problem-solving skills as well as communication skills to ensure the team does everything in it’s power to effectively serve their customers.
Now Serving as the General Manager of Sage Manufacturing, Clint is afforded the opportunity to further utilize and refine his acquired expertise, focused on developing and expanding Sage’s product offering to become the premier ESP Manufacturer for the Western Hemisphere.
